  7. Heres  a  good  way  to  make  someone  think they have won the National
  8. Lottery.  You`ll will need:
  9.  
  10. 1. A victim, make sure they are not of the suspicous type
  11. 2. A video recording of the lottery program from the week before
  12.  
  13. The  next thing to do is buy a lottery ticket with the 6 winning numbers
  14. from the week before.  Attempt to replace your victims ticket with it or
  15. give  him  it.  When the lottery program is about to start put the video
  16. on (make sure your victim doesn`t konws this).  If you have a display on
  17. your video and the word play can be clearly seen then cover it up with a
  18. book or something.

  20. I  might  help  if  you watch the video beforehand so that you know when
  21. someone is about to say the date, if this happens you can talk over it.

  23. When the draw takes place he will release that his has all 6 numbers and
  24. go  wild.   Join  in with him and try to act surprised.  Do let him ring
  25. the number on the back of the ticket just yet, get him to go down to the
  26. local  and  buy everyone a round of drinks.  After that you can tell him
  27. the bad news.

  29. This is untested and I belive that alot of things can go wrong, he could
  30. notice  the  date on the lottery ticket for example.  Please note that I
  31. take no responsiblty for from any injurie you suffer after testing this.
